Rates are per person per night and include breakfast and VAT.

2. All bookings confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit

3. Full payment required in advance for 1 night booking

4. All tariffs on a bed and breakfast basis

5. Credit card facility available

7. Payment by direct transfer, credit card or cash. Cheques will only be accepted as a last resort

8. Dinner is available by prior arrangement

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation is given, deposit is not refundable

2. If less than 1 month’s notice of cancellation is given, 50% of deposit is refundable

3. If more than 1 month’s notice is given, deposit is refundable subject to a 15% handling fee
