Rates are per person per night and include breakfast and VAT.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation is given, deposit is not refundable

2. If less than 1 month’s notice of cancellation is given, 50% of deposit is refundable

3. If more than 1 month’s notice is given, deposit is refundable subject to a 15% handling fee
